The Bhr Bistrot is a cuddle, a corner of tranquillity, of soft lights and musical backgrounds a bit pop but refined, just like our room; a riot of colour, a large window, the open kitchen, in short, everything you did not expect to find in the heart of Rome, here is.
You can choose our tasting menu, a 4-course course from the appetiser to the dessert of the chef’s choice, with the possibility of wine pairing, or you can choose a la carte (min 2 courses per person).
The chef’s cuisine winks at tradition without letting itself be anchored, inspired by both local and international flavours and smells, with the aim of leaving a mark, an indelible memory to take home.
In the morning, however, it will be available for each room, each with its own reserved table, a real BREAKFAST BOX, in which the customer can find from pain au chocolat to croissant, from biscuits to rusks, then again homemade jams and creams, muffins or donuts, homemade yoghurt, bread and cereals, all packaged so that you can take only what you want and avoid waste.
In the coffee area instead you can prepare an excellent Lavazza coffee, cappuccino, ginseng, hot chocolate or choose a tea from our Twinings selection; also in the coffee area you will find the “cold” part of breakfast inside our mini fridge, where you will find yoghurt, fruit juices, milk, cheeses and cold cuts or sandwiches.
